GENERAL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND THE SUBSCRIPTION
The Company offers a no-commitment subscription service that gives its users access to advanced AI content optimization tools. These services include grammar and spelling correction, rewriting to improve the clarity and impact of the text, as well as AI-generated content detection. Additionally, subscribers benefit from privileged access to additional features such as SEO optimization, content generation, and dedicated customer support. Users can subscribe to a free trial period that is automatically renewed, but this period may be canceled at any time before the end of the trial to avoid any future billing. You may cancel your paid subscription, or prevent the conversion of your trial period into a paid subscription at any time from your account or on the cancellation page. Please note: Any cancellation of the service immediately terminates your privileges reserved for subscribed members only. If your trial period has ended without your notice, the amount of your registration can be fully refunded upon simple request to our customer service. This is only possible if you have never used any of the services linked to the subscription. Conversely, if you have already used your subscription during the trial period, the Company is not required to refund your registration fees.
1.1. Subscription services:
1.1.1 Content correction and optimization: The Client may benefit from unlimited services for grammar correction, rewriting, AI-generated content detection, and SEO optimization every day for the duration of their subscription. Once processing requests are accepted, the Client can consult the history of their requests, along with the status and results of the optimizations.
1.1.2 Assistance in using AI tools: A set of documents, tutorials, screenshots, and explanations is made available to the Client on their Client Portal to help them use the content optimization, correction, and rewriting tools offered by Bluescribe.io.
"Online Assistance": all support services for managing the account, subscriptions, and procedures for using the content optimization and text correction tools that the Client benefits from via Customer Service. As part of the subscription to a Subscription, the Company provides the Client with a support service with Advisors available by phone, chat, and email for any questions or queries about the Website and Services. The Client can contact Advisors from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm (France time). The Company will do its best to respond to Clients as quickly as possible.
2. APPLICATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THE GTC
2.1. The purpose of these GTC is to define all the conditions under which the Company sells the Services as offered for sale on the Website to Clients. They therefore apply to any subscription to a monthly Subscription and to any Single Purchase of Services by the Client.
2.2. The Client acknowledges and confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these GTC in their entirety without reservation prior to any Single Service Purchase or Subscription on the Website.
2.3. The subscription of a Subscription or the Single Purchase of a Service constitutes acceptance of these GTC.
2.4. Any contrary condition set by the Client, in the absence of express acceptance, is unenforceable against the Company, regardless of when it may have been brought to its knowledge.
2.5. The fact that the Company does not invoke, at a given time, any provision of these GTC cannot be interpreted as a waiver to invoke, later, any provision of said GTC.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS FOR THE ORDER
3.1. The prices are stated on the Website in the Services' descriptions, in euro EUR, all taxes included.
3.2. The total amount is indicated in the Order summary, before the Client accepts these GTC, confirms their Order, enters and validates their billing details, and proceeds with payment. This total amount is indicated in euro EUR, all taxes included.
3.3. Any Order on the Website is payable in euro EUR. Full payment must be made on the day of the Order in the case of a Single Purchase of a Service.
3.4. Subscribing to a monthly Subscription implies authorization for payment collection by the Client's payment method at the time of the Order as part of the Trial Offer. Payment of the first monthly installment occurs at the end of the Trial Offer's trial period. For a Subscription without a Trial Offer, payment of the first monthly installment is made when the Client validates the Order.
3.5. The Website uses a secured payment system through a provider specialized in online payment security. This system guarantees the Client total confidentiality of their banking information. The bank card transaction is entirely encrypted and protected between the Client and the secure system. This means that the Client's bank card number is never fully disclosed to the Company.
3.6. The Client guarantees the Company that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method when placing the Order.
3.7. The Company reserves the right to suspend any Subscription or cancel the execution of any Order, regardless of its nature and level of execution, in case of non-payment or partial payment of any amount due by the Client to the Company, in case of a payment incident, or in case of fraud or attempted fraud related to the use of the website and to the payment of an Order.
4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE
4.1. Following any Subscription or Single Purchase, the Client may contact the Company's customer service for assistance, clarification, or to make any complaint.
4.2. The Company’s Customer Service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm (France time).
5. WAIVER OF THE LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF A SUBSCRIPTION
5.1. In accordance with Article L.121-25 of the Consumer Code, the Client acknowledges that performance of the Services provided by the Company will be carried out before the end of the legal withdrawal period and therefore expressly waives their legal right of withdrawal.
5.2. Nevertheless, the Client has a period of forty-eight (48) hours from the validation of the Order under the subscription with a Trial Offer to contact the Company by phone, chat, or email to request cancellation of any monthly Subscription.
5.3. Exercise of the “Satisfied or Refunded” option: The Client also has the possibility to request a refund of one or several monthly installments of their Subscription from the Company in the event that they are not satisfied with the Services offered by the Company. The Client wishing to exercise this refund option must also contact the Company via phone, chat, or email to request a refund for any monthly Subscription.
5.4. In the event of cancellation of the monthly Subscription before the end of the forty-eight (48) hour trial period, or exercise of the "Satisfied or Refunded" option, the Client will be refunded by the same means of payment used for the initial Order. The Company cannot be held responsible in case of a change in the Client's banking information since the Order date that makes it impossible to reimburse the Client. In such a situation, the Client is invited to contact the Company to agree on an alternative means of reimbursement or to contact their banking institution. The Company will also not be required to refund the Client if it is proven that the Client was responsible for banking fraud, in particular consisting of a false report of loss or theft of their bank card following the purchase of a Service on the Website. In such a case, the Client will remain liable for all amounts owed to the Company.
6. TERMINATION OF THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
6.1. Any monthly Subscription by the Client is granted for an indefinite and non-binding period. The Client may terminate their monthly Subscription at any time by notifying their intention to terminate to the Company by email, chat, or telephone, or by personally terminating it from their Client Portal or on the Website.
6.2. Any termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription month, which remains due. From the effective termination date, the Client no longer has access to the Client Portal or to the Services.
